Summary zip file includes 1 residential lot and 11 screenshots. For this lot to work properly, you must have University, Nightlife, Open For Business, and Pets expansion packs installed. Lot is fully furnished and decorated, inside and outside, save for the attic. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 nursery, and 1 bathroom. Decor of the bedrooms and nursery are gender neutral. Prior to uploading this lot to the internet, I had some Sims (2 adults, 1 child, 2 pets) live in the house for about a week. As far as I can tell, your Sims can move right into it without any tweaking.
