This is my second upload and the first lot. It is a large home with five (5) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms, a detached 2-car garage, a large screen room and deck as well as it's own little gazebo and cemetary. This is the perfect home for your vampires and monsters to live in with a nice set of coffins in the basement. I would like to recommend the 1932 Dodge by Fresh-Prince, perticularly the black recolor by VoVillia, or the Hearse by Dr. Pixel as some possible vehicle choices for any sim who dares to live in this house.
