Here is a new lot that I have built for my sims that I want to share with you!

And because I'm really not great at naming my creations, I named this one after the rose bushes around it.



This is yet another apartment lot, that is not beach-bound this time, so you can place it in any neighborhood if you have the space.
It's got 7 good-sized units, large enough to raise families.
They are all different from each other.

Rent price range is 2726$-4345$.

Unit #1: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
Unit #2: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom
Unit #3: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
Unit #4: 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
Unit #5: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
Unit #6: 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms
Unit #7: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

It also comes with a playground, grill and a greenhouse for bio-enthusiasts!

*Known issue I couldn't find a fix for is ceilings of the first floor apartments might have the lighting glitch.
(If you just play with your sims and not take indoors screenshots like I had to, it shouldn't really bother you.)

*No custom content is required for this build.
