He he this is my first one to actually download. It is actually a very close simulation to the Condos I am currently guarding at my jobsite. (I did make it too close because I wanted mine to make more sense than the real ones) it also inculse some nice cheery cheap colors sure to relax any just starting sim! I aim to nice pleasing starter homes. ok on to buisness!

For the sims who are just starting out on thier own with a friend and cant afford much. Not equiped with much but the dirt cheap stuff to get you by.

Import notes-- This home is built on a slope as you see in the pictures. Please remember this when ploting it or it will look funny from your neighbors point of view. okay?

There are no CCs in this home, everything is Maxis made!
