RaeKira Lot 4: 1x1

Welcome to RK Lot 4. This is the last of this series for now. Expect some nice over-20k lots from me soon!

This lot is built upon a 1x1 lot (thanks to MaryLou's Lots of Lots mini residential lot and Andi8104's Lot Expander). It was built using Numenor's BaseGameStarter Pro Glamour Life only. I used nothing from GL, but to be on the safe side I ticked it for compatibility. If anyone would like to test this in a base game only, please feel free and tell me the results. I can then edit this post accordingly.

For just 8,233 Simoleons, you get:

• Three rooms- a small kitchen/dining/living room in one, a bathroom and a bedroom.
• A fully furnished house, with lighting and phones! Yet again, there's no stove, but a microwave. I figure, if you're putting your Sim into a starter home, they probably don't have the skills to use the stove well. Also, I forgot to put a sink in the kitchen, but that is easily fixed.
• Space and money to build upwards. With the extra money (unless you use the No20kHandout hack), you can build and refurnish without having to worry too much about funds.
