Hello, all.
This would be the first time I've uploaded one of my lots.

This is a 4x5 lot, with a lot of nice stuff.

FIRST FLOOR:
-1 Large kitchen with the "wood stove" fireplace
-1 Large dining room with fireplace
-2 Bathrooms behind the staircases
-1 Extra room with fireplace; can be used as a study, living room, or extra bedroom

SECOND FLOOR:
-3 bedrooms; two have attached bathrooms, the third has the pipe from the kitchen fireplace running through it
-2 bathrooms seperate from bedrooms
-Large empty space for whatever

OTHER FEATURES:
-There are two 5x5 square pools. You can make them usable, but they're really there for decoration
-Not much of a feature, but all trees, flowers, and bushes have dirt under them. Yay realism!
-Space to put in multiple driveways if you so choose

This house runs on the expensive side, hitting 90,918 Simoleons.
It was originally intended for the large Capp family in the bin. I ended up forgetting about them and just built the house. Oops!

I'd just like to mention a few more things.
I have clean-installer'd the house, and installed it in my own game. It worked fine. Please, comment with any problems.
I have all expansion packs and stuff packs, including the original holiday version, and I'm not sure which is needed, so all are checked.
I know that OFB is needed, since I used some walls and a fence. Pets is needed for one fence as well. One NL wall might be used... I'm not sure.
