*~*~ NO CUSTOM CONTENT or Hacks ... Plays well and tested with multiple Sims, except they love putting soap into the fountains! However, being a community lot-I've found the fountains to be soap free on the next Sim visit. It's a good place to send a Sim if you want them to socialize, and the neighborhood Sims who came ran about playing, telling jokes and putting soap into fountains! One change I'd suggest is taking two of the hedges out of the back row behind the double round fountains to make access to rear of lot easier. Figured that one out after I posted this and works fine either way.
