New State University Project: Park

I like parks a lot, they break up the buildings in a neighbourhood without the need for lots of neighbourhood decorations to gap fill, they are also great places for sims to visit, for instance to take a dog for a walk, have a family picnic, or go fishing.


I don't usually upload parks, because its all landscaping and no real building, but I like this one a lot, and there is a lot of fancy terrain painting going on to make it more interesting/realistic, so I thought some people might appreciate it.

The park has one building, a WC block. There is a children's play area, 2 picnic areas (one secluded with a campfire) a formal garden with a coffee stand and a very large deep lake!

I built this for my uni neighbourhood, but it would really go anywhere.
