My first house upload

My Sims desired some country living and I now have all the new expansion packs to provide it to them The house sits on a large lot but is not huge and is very playable. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full baths and one half bath, large kitchen and dining room. Features a raised staircase, study, library and loads of land.

Def. not a starter lot! The landscaping alone cost a fortune lol.

The outdoors took much longer than the house It features a large pond, new swimming pool with custom walls and floors, a beautiful wrap around deck, large greenhouse, sitting area near the pond and a custom sitting room lined with flowers, bushes and grass

The house is unfurnished, the outside is lightly furnished with tables, chairs bar, grill and greenhouse accessories.
