Hi! This is a starter home I created that can accomodate up to a medium sized family (2 adults, 2 children). It has:
3 bedrooms
1 full bath + room for either another full master bath or an extra bedroom
1 half bath
Large open kitchen/living area
Front deck
Upstairs deck
1 Bay window on the main floor
1 Bay window upstairs



There is some interesting wall placement upstairs, so be careful in choosing your furniture for this home.

Due to the fact that I was trying to keep this house under 20k, there are some unfinished rooms, but that just means you can exercise your own decorating flair!

As far as I know, this house should work with just the base game, but I do have Seasons. I tried to use only base game decor.
