Ask, and ye shall receive! Here is my second upload. (What, you ask? Only the second? Do you live under a rock? Yes, for 7 months out of the year! LOL) Since my first house seems to be quite a success & it was only a starter, I figured I would finally finish a lot I started quite awhile ago and just go all out. ~Hooray!~ I'm really quite happy with the way it turned out.
Inside, on the first floor, the home a bi-level. It's my second attempt at a bi-level house (the first was when I only had the base game, and I think most of you know how those turned out). With Seasons, we were provided a way to actually make this nifty architecture work without compromising our pretty homes.



This house is totally furnished, painted, and carpeted/tiled.

In this home there is (top to bottom):
A grand master suite with a HUGE bathroom & private wraparound deck
A guest suite (or can be converted for kids into 1 or 2 bedrooms + playroom)
2 full baths (including the master bath)
1 half bath
breakfast bar in the kitchen
living room

There is a huge backyard with a pond that I'm sure will have fish in it before the year is up! Plus, a back deck, a patio with tables & chairs, and a grill.

So far, I've been trying to not use custom content for the lots I want to (eventually) upload, but with this one, I couldn't resist. So a big thanks goes out to Delphine at www.simsinparis.com for the fabulous tub in the master bathroom.

For your info: The stairs in this home REQUIRE the Wooden Stairs Recolorable mesh by Numenor - big thanks for those stairs! Get that here. *It is not included in this rar.* If you don't have it, or don't want it, I'm sure you could just use the regular old Maxis stairs.
