103 Central Avenue (2x1 Residential Lot)

This side-by-side once housed an old, retired starlet and a young Broadway star up on the rise. The young lady went out every night while the old lady stayed at home with the company of her pet cat, bird, and fish. Neither of them talked to each other because the young one looked at the old lady as a vision of her own horrible future, and the old lady looked at the young one with the envy of lost youth.

One day, the young lady noticed a strange smell coming from somewhere inside the house. She scrubbed and scrubbed her place clean, but the smell was still there. She decided to ask the old lady if she knew where the smell was coming from. After finding no answer from her knocks, she realized the door was open, so she stepped in. To her horror, she found that the old lady, as well as all of the animals, had died...and had been dead for a while.

Totally creeped out at the fact that she had been living next to a dead person for who knows how long, the young girl promptly moved out, taking practically everything with her. She now lives in California and is enjoying a very successful career.

The old lady's estate was settled quietly, and everyone agreed that perhaps it was for the best that everything remained in the apartment.
(No Sims were actually harmed while making this house)

This side by side house comes partly furnished with one side looking old and worn out, while the other side looks new and freshly painted (with no furniture). Everything is Maxis with the exceptions mentioned in the credits. I am not 100% sure if the meshes and animations are included with the stairs, so if you don't have them, you might want to download them (they are awesome anyway, a must have!) I check marked everything for compatibility as I am never sure what comes with what EP and SP.

Thanks for reading my story. Often times, when I'm building houses, I make them up in my head determining what Sims would live in them. I thought it would be a bit different than just listing the house stats
