This is one of my first Houses I've done for public release. I've have pretty good experience in Sim House making but I sometimes lack in Interior Design. :P





This house is completely unfurnished. I had thought of making it furnished but I had decided before I made this house that I was not going to include custom content (unless I have to) and I'm not very good at making things look good with the Maxis content. I do however have a furnished house below if you are brave enough to see my attempt at furnishing a house for show. :P
You will need atleast Seasons and Nightlife to see and use some of the features like the Driveway and the Greenhouse.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom, one and a half bathroom abode. It has a small greenhouse attached to the side of the wall for year around gardening and also a relaxation garden, for those warm nights when your sim just wants to sit back and relax. Spacious living room and an open dining room and kitchen, make this a great house for those that don't want to open a lot doors. It features two small rooms perfect for children of any age and a luxurious master bedroom connected to a full bathroom. Towards the back of the house, there is even a room for the family cat and dog, with enough space where all those petlike needs could be kept. A shady birch and an old willow tree in the front yard make this the perfect place to in the shade on a hot summer day.
