This house is gives 8 sims a place to sleep, sit, read, cook, shower. It provides a loft to sleep in--that might one day contain separate rooms. It has an attached garage for 2 cars...but no door as the door got sold to buy a bookcase. It has a sunny, walkout basement...that might one day contain something interesting. Life is hard, starting out with 8 sims and only $20K. This house makes it a bit easier by providing the necessities...and room to grow some.

The basic house uses the roofslopeangle from Pets and the stage from mumble. It uses the shower from University. It has the garage from nightlife. Other than that, I don't know that in NEEDS any particular expansions.



The furnishings are not much, but at least present.



The basement is small, but bright and easy to see into from the side.
