This toy store is set up to be an owned business. Only the lower floor corner store part is populated. All the other space is just facade to give a crowded city look. However, the access to the second floor above the toy store is set up to make it easy to expand the business as your sims gain business skills and $$.

The lot probably only NEEDs Nightlife and Open for Business to function, but some of the objects and maybe paints would have to be replaced as I made free use of most of the Maxis stuff (except, sigh, the singing snow man and Christmas trees are not showing up in my Maxis only neighborhood, so they are not in this version of the lot).
