The Elwood

The Elwood....sounds more like a retirement home than a Victorian, but names are not my forte....anyway...details.... this one has two floors, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a den, family room, kitchen , utility room and dining room. The house itself has a veranda and seating at both front and back, well planted gardens - hundreds and hundreds of plants...make sure your sims are loaded if they employ a gardener . The garden houses a sunken pool area, greenhouse, garden plots and plenty of room for the 'kids' to play 'cops and robbers'.

It's unfurnished.....I wish I could come up with a fantastic reason that you'd all buy...but the real reason is that I'm lazy :D
