Hello, this is the first thing i have uploaded to modthesims2.com

It's a Residential house; it costs $149,072
You only need the original game plus uni and NL expansion packs.
It is a 6x5 size Lot.

There is only one piece of custom content used.

PLEASE NOTE: This is just an exterior piece. There are no interior items, however it is possible to place your own in there and turn it into a proper house. (atm the lot works perfectly fine, if there are any problems: let me know, i will fix them) Enjoy Fort Verona!!
