As I am in a landscaping period since i wrote a text about it for the french DailySims magazine I searched an idea to experiment it more ...and what is better than a golf to have some landscaping to do ? To avoid to make a single park i build it with its club-house. For the architecture it is in the Veronaville rich syle (have a look to the neighbourhood pic in the screenshot section) this explain the St Verona Golf title.
This community lot is built on a large 5x6 area with (decorative) car park.
The club-house have a luxurious restaurant on the first floor and the terrasse ; cloakroom, showers, a private bar and the chairman office are upstairs. After the golf course your simmies can rest near the swiming pool.
The golf course is only 5 holes...sorry but more was not possible ! The ground is various with rough, trees, water and sand bunkers to defend the green. I use only 2 additional terrain-paints to design the whole landscaping.
