This is my first community, and I decide to build it only with OFB pack, for those who didn't have UNI or NL.
About the name, the building's basic colours are red and black. so I call it Rouge et Noir, in French.^ ^
This community is heart-shape, contain a maze swimming pool outside, a restaurant, basic business/living stuff, elevators, but not full furnished, I leave a big room empty for you to manage, you can sell your goods, or just dancing, playing, for some entertainment use.
