Hello fellow Simmers!!!

I have created my next project for my Sims; it seems they just love to get out and do things, and stay gone for hours!!! So I knew I needed to come up with something that had all they needed to stay happy

Introducing Sugar Valley Mall! Built on a 5x6 lot, this mall is gigantuous!!! I'm sorry it was way too large to capture the floorplan, but it's pretty basic; modular stairs throughout, outside and inside, a grand staircase upon entry, and essentially a rectangle, give or take. Here are some of the features of this fabulous Sim Shopping Haven:

Shops include:
-Jewelry
-Perfume and cologne
-Magazines
-Farmers Market
-Clothing - all kinds
-Gaming (of course!!!)
and more!

Features include:
-multiple hot tubs to rest their weary Sim bodies for another round!
-kids play area
-3 dining areas
-cozy elegant restaurant for those special nights out
-wall speakers throughout
-indoor pay phones in case you need to ditch your lame blind date fast
-internet cafe
-massage parlor
-dance and DJ area
-photo booth area
-arcade

This shopping paradise can easily fill up a day - or two or three, so come prepared to relax, escape, and have a blast. It does require both Bon Voyage and Nightlife to run.

No custom content was used; all items and construction are Maxis original. The only cheat I used was the boolprop, to create my exclusive first-time-here "decorative pods"! These babies are beautiful and really add character and color to this mall. I captured a couple of pictures as examples for you that are included with this download.
