A different kind of shopping mall for your Sims - inspired by rural market places built for street vendors in rural towns where I live.

The shops:

The Pay Point - I added only 2 cash registers there, so as to prevent spawning a ton of cashiers. A Sim can have coffee or play darts.

A Clothing Shop. The owner will insist that his H&M clothing is not fake - but it probably is.

A book and game shop.

A shop that sells a lot of small stuff that nobody needs but is fun to visit anyway.

Fresh fruit and vegetables (groceries)

Electronic stuff - pin ball wizzards.

Public toilets, snack machines.

A jewellery shop

A diner - a rather cheap restaurant, but the food should be nice, with a photo booth.

There is also a pond, a statue (probably a fake one ) and a playground for the kids.

There are trees, for the green ones (or perhaps the Plant Sims) will not allow anybody to chop them down.

It is a good destination for a night out as well:

A look at the floor plan:

Thank you to @Klaartje for the walls - it is as colorful as my country and the rural town I live in. And I don't think I am able to build
anything without those porch light by @HugeLunatic.

More pictures in the gallery. I hope you and your Sims will enjoy the flea market!
