This (as the title suggests) is the house from the level 'A new life' from Hitman: Blood Money. I tried to have it as close to the original as possible. It is a very large and expensive house for a family of three or more. It is furnished, mostly with Maxis stuff. Very little CC.

It contains:

A two car garage
4 bathrooms
2 bedrooms
1 Children's room
3 offices
1 kitchen/dining room
1 living room
1 library
1 indoor swimming pool
1 outdoor swimming pool
1 tea drinking room
1 gym with shower
a fence around the house
2 trees
a couple of bushes
