Here is a small "spacey" looking home. It only costs slightly more than $37,000 so it is placed in a low price range. The living area may look limited due to the abstract look and feel of the outside part of the house, but this home is not missing anything a normal home would have. Upstairs it features a small kitchen area with a wall TV. Downstairs is the bedroom and bathroom. The house only has enough room for one sim to live there. The roof of this house was made using the "boolprop" cheat but is designed to be completely weatherproof.
