---------Brief---------

Well this is my newest creation it was quite a bit harder then
Pinewood Estate which had a nice and simple floor plan. This one includes some split leveling. However the stairs were 100% impossible to create as one set were going to the landry and another going to the basement a third going up half a level and the last going up the other half of it and they were all next to each other making it physically impossible to do. I didn't add a basement to this house like I did with Pinewood because there was no way to get the stairs there without altering the plan, however I had to alter it a bit due to the problem with the stairs and the plan in the Sims is a little smaller then it would be in real life.
