I'm so happy that you seem to like my very first upload: The Cubist. And, on request, I've created The Residential Cubist. It's basically the same house, with a few minor changes (such as the lot size). This residential version is also unfurnished, since I've decided to focus on the functionality of the floor plan and the architectural features.

I hope you'll enjoy moving in your Sims and decorating The Residential Cubist.
