Here's a cute little house with a big garden. It has almost no CC. Fully furnished.
It can hold 1 sim. It has a little space for expansion, in case you want to have mora than one sim.
This house is ideal for a lonely sim that just wants to think about his life, maybe going back to the time when he was happy with the woman he loved, but lost because of his lack of comprehension, tolerance, patience. Or maybe she just was too annoying... but it doesn`t matter, he loved her. He still does.
(uhm... hypothetically)
