Note: I am pretty sure that this lot is compatible with just the base game. I have changed it so it says that it is base game compatible, but if you don't have Uni, download at your own risk! Please correct me if I'm wrong so I can change it back. Thank you.



I really wanted to furnish this house, but I can't get into houses in my game unless someone lives there. o-O So, If I furnished it when there was a sim "living" there, the furniture would be sold after moving her out anyway. If anyone knows what it is that is keeping me from going into unoccupied lots then please tell me.

Anyway, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the baths is big enough for a dining room. It costs §12,040, which leaves you with §7,960 to spend! On the house in the upload, the windows are in slightly different places. Hopefully it isn't such a big deal.

There is no lighting for the reason above, and because there is a lot of natural light coming into the house.
