This is my first upload, as well as one of the first houses i made. I chose to upload it here because of it's extreme potential. As you can see, it's perfectly livable right now for any family with one child, or the single sim with perhaps a few pets. There is room to add a staircase of your choice for expansions up, and plenty of room to expand to the right as well if needed.

The yard is large enough for all your gardening needs, pools, fountains, it's empty enough to give you any option you want. I've also included a driveway, to show that it can fit one. This can be removed if you arn't the car loving type =P

Should only require sims2, but as i have all the expansions but the new one, i have listed as needing all of those, as well as the stuff packs.
