I'm actually working on recolors for my set of alarm camouflages and I thought: "oops, there is a few custom content of this kind, most of people uses only the Maxis fireplaces, including me so, it must to make something to match with it".

Since making my own textures is for me a big pleasure, the job on texturing with another kind made me a strange feeling and a hard work to get the same look, but at last exciting. My very congratulations to people that everyday makes matching recolors. I didn't knew how difficult is.

But I don't want to be verbose (I have learn this word from the famous HParoxism thread) and here are coming the results:

Recolors of the Nanifirealarm1:
This mesh wears now the textures from the expensive Maxis fireplace, in Limestone (rec3), Lightwood (rec4) and Rosewood (rec5)

Recolors of the Nanifirealarm2
I cannot hide that the marocain Kasbah fireplace is my favourite, and I'm very satisfied of the results with this hooded overmantel. The pic opening the trhead is the rec3, the orange the rec2, and in the pics below you can see the rec4 (the red one) and the rec5 (in white) together.

Recolors of the Nanifirealarm3

This classical mesh fits perfect with the textures of the expensive Maxis fireplace. I want to feature the white mantel here (rec2), because is very detailed, although you can see by clicking in the thumbnail below the options in light (rec3) and rose wood (rec4). I added two wall lights to remember you that in this thin object you can put any kind of wall hangings :-)

That's all for now, ten recolors, but don't forget to get the meshes in this thread!: http://www.modthesims2.com/member/s...ad.php?t=277510
