Support Lots for Starfleet Academy Rigel- Updated 4-20-08

These are the first 3 support lots for Starfleet Academy Rigel. They look a lot grittier than my earlier support lots, mostly because Rigel is such an unwholsome place. The first 3 lots are a diner, a gym/ clandestine fight club, and a no-tell motel.

The diner is a rough-looking greasy-spoon establishment. No beluga caviar and filet mignon served here.

The gym/ fight club features about what you'd expect from a basic health club. Workout equipment, a small pool, and a couple of hot tubs. In the back rooms, however, there are a couple of steel cages for fighting. (There's a good martial arts hack here: http://www.sims2workshop.com/viewtopic.php?t=2474)

The no-tell motel is ideal for romance sims. Your sim can go here to have a little fling without his/her other finding out.

The casino is built on a 4x4 lot. It includes a stage for live music, a bar, and separate gaming areas for poker, Dabo, Tongo, ma johng, and pool. The green Tongo tables are functional (work like poker tables), the blue ones are decorative (work like tables)

The dive bar is a typical Rigelian establishment.

The marketplace is ready for your sims to set up new business enterprises, legal or otherwise. There are a few starter businesses included: a newsstand, a small grocery store, a coffee bar, a small food court, a used warp drive store, and a business that sells suspicious-looking crates.
