Starbase 11- Community and Residential

Starbase 11 is a large starbase situated on the moon of a Class J planet in an unspecified location in the Alpha Quadrant. Most of Starbase 11 is comprised of the offices of Starfleet's command division, but the lot also includes a large warehouse for refitting starships and an observation tower.
The lot is mostly unfurnished and the floorplan is easily modified to suit your purposes. I included 2 versions of the lot- residential so your commodores and admirals have somewhere to retire so someone else can command the ship for a change, and community for court martials, shore leave, movie making, etc.
This lot is a one-shot, the beginning of a series of land bases. I did it in preparation for Starfleet Academy (6 lots) and Starbase 515 (3 or 4 lots)
