Maxis Lost & Found : sioux lipstick restored and default replaced (optional)

Maxis made a lipstick that can appear in game, but was not in the lipstick catalog in CAS or mirrors. I have added the missing catalog entry and made an optional default replacement of the lipstick. My default replacement is transparent, to look nice on more skin tones, and changes the catalog icon. (Thanks to cheshire_cat for pointing out that sioux was missing.)

DIRECTIONS
* If you want the Maxis lipstick to appear in the catalog, get the "restoreMaxis" file.
* If you want my default replacement of the lipstick, get the "DEFAULT" file.
* If you want my matching Default Replacement Lipsticks, get the basegame ones here and the OFB ones here (also available as non-defaults if you don't have OFB).

Creator Instructions
If you want to make your own default replacement of sioux lipsitck, you can modify my default file. You'll need to change images in the TXTR resource and the jpg/png/tga icon resource. If you want to use the Maxis icon, you can get rid of the icon resource in my file. You MUST keep the Binary Index resource, it puts sioux in the catalog. Maxis goofed and left it out, no surprise there.
