Another realistic English home, this time a starter. As such it's unfurnished and not landscaped (the trees etc in the pic were just to make it look pretty!).

This house is fairly typical of relatively cheap 2 bedroom houses on housing estates all over the UK. In reality these would be semi-detached or terraced, but the game just won't let me build to the edge of the lot.

The property boasts a roofed porch and gardens to the front and rear of the property:



The ground floor features a well-proportioned living room with spiral staircase, half-bathroom and spacious kitchen-diner:





Upstairs there are two good-sized bedrooms, a small study and bathroom.

Not the hugest of properties, but needs must when you only have $20,000!

Tip: this starter home looks particularly good when tightly packed around a square or small street - just like RL!
