This is my first upload, so please be gentle if I mess it up.

This house is based on real house plans, and adapted as best I could. The house is available semi-furnished with Maxis content (kitchen, master suite and all bathrooms) or entirely unfurnished so you can make it your own.



The house features an attached garage, a spacious kitchen, two storey family room, living room, formal dining room, bathroom and bedroom/study on the ground floor.



The first floor features an open walkway between the two storey family room and two storey foyer (see floor plan thumbnail). The master suite features a raised sleeping area, en suite master bathroom and dressing/sewing room. The other three bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms.



The property has partially landscaped gardens with a fishable (with Seasons EP) pond, a barbeque area and gazebo, and plenty of space for further development



The property costs $122,557 semi-furnished and $79,164 unfurnished.

The only slight snag is that this house really needs to be placed on a corner lot, as the garage entrance is officially (as far as the game is concerned) the FRONT of the house.
