After a break from the Sims I decided to create a starter home that is affordable yet nice looking. Here is a nice little brick home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is fully furnished and as an added bonus was made with NO CUSTOM CONTENT. The expansion packs listed are all the ones I have installed but they might not be necessary. I hope you all enjoy this house and if you have any comments, please post them, I'd love to hear what you have to say!
