After an extended break from MTS2 I bring you my first Sims 3 upload to the site. Nauticus is a 3 story contemporary beach house with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The general theme is luxury yachts of today. The design is contemporary, airy and colorful. Your Sims can enjoy spectacular views of the water from their balconies or patio.
