Football Stadiums by CC Designs

Here are two stadiums that I created. Both are community lots. The prices listed below are the price if you want to own them via OFB. They are a combination of stadium/recreation center. The only difference between the two are the fields; one is an American football field, the other is a football/soccer field. Both lots include a food court, field, soccer practice area, basketball court, swing set, bleachers, and clubhouse. In the clubhouse there is a men's and women's locker room with attached restrooms, a bar/lounge, 2 balconies on either end with a jacuzzi, a player's lounge, coach's office/trophy room, and a press box. This lot comes fully furnished, and I know for sure that it includes stuff from University, Night Life, Open For Business, and I'm pretty sure Free Time. I am not sure about Pets or Seasons, so I marked all expansion packs as requirements.


The only custom content with these lots are the Astroturf and goal posts for the football field which I made. If you wish to create your own football field without downloading the lots my Astroturf and goal post can be found here:
