This plush luxurious Arm Settee or "Arm Couch" will add the the perfect touch to your foyer or placed perfectly at the end of your Sims bed.

Polygon Counts:
4206

Also: the original mesh was 9944, but Numenor helped get it down to 4206 without even changing the look of it.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
