This little cottage is perfect for the elderly couple who can't keep a large manor clean or deal with the stairs in a mult-story house. 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with the great room flowing into both the kitchen and the dining room. There is a patio with a girll and an outdoor table and chairs. Out front is a small veranda/porch with a chair swing. It is small, but cozy with a whimsy feel to it. Single Sims may also like this house, but it is designed, in layout and decor, for the elderly.

Hack free, only cheats used were moveobjects, rotate45degrees and the move objects anywhere cheat.

I do apologize that the lot it rest on is small, and doesn't do well for expansion, however it seemed to fit the floor plan much better than a larger lot.


FYI: The rugs have something funky with the lighting on them. This is because of the move anywhere cheat I used, so don't be alarmed. And Sims walk through the loveseat.

Ran through CleanInstaler before upload and play tested.
