Hello! Well, this is my very first upload ever, but instead of getting all mushy gushy on you, I'll cut right to the chase, because lets be honest, once you've read one "my first upload" speech, you've read them all!

Okay, so I put a lot of thought into this lot, (but not so much in the writing of this description... can you tell?) however, I'm not sure what style of home to call it. For about the three weeks I've been working on it/testing it, I've been trying to wrack my brain for the correct architectural name for this type of building, but I just can't seem to think of it, and every time it's on the tip of my tongue, I forget it again! Maybe one of you know?

Anyways, this beautiful beach front home is located on, what else, lovely white sand beaches and has exquisite views of the majestic waves from the extended party deck. The home is fully furnished with a casual laid back beach home feel.



On the first floor you'll enjoy a cozy entryway, lazy living room with huge entertainment center, adorable dinning room, and an amazing kitchen, all with panoramic views.



The second floor offers one master bedroom, one master bath with walk in closet and a guest room loft retreat.



The deck is complete with patio furniture, complete bar, hot tub and karaoke machine for year round, round the clock entertainment.
