On maxis made neighborhoods this lot loaded only in “Bluewater”. With the “modifyneighborhoodterrian” cheat you can modify any beach lot to accept this lot. zip version available here. Clean Installer checked.

Not included in lot, please open and download the item in the cc folder attached with this download. You will need this if you want the rug in the dining room to appear as in the pictures.
