Built upon stilts, this breezy beach front lot provides the cozyness any sim family wants with the space all sims need. The carport under the house has ample room for two (or more) cars. The main level is fully furnished and decorated and has a master bedroom and bathroom, a half bath and an open living, dining and kitchen area that opens onto a large back porch overlooking the sea. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms - ready to be furnished with plenty of space for sim kids or an office and skilling room.


The only custom content in this lot are the stairs. If you use the stairs that come with the game on a lot with an open lower level, the upper level stairs jut beneath. Thank you Numenor and Crocobaura for a lovely alternative!
