Well, my second upload. Hope you'll like it too. There is even basic furniture. This is the reason why it costs more simoleons :P
Concept:
I wanted a modern house with a straight corridor, which turns into a bridge, leading over the pool. Morover, I wanted a roof with different exciting angles, partly with glass.
Interior:
I’ve built this house, long time before I joined MTS2. So why does it took so long to put this home online. The reason is easy. I didn’t know that lot of the modified content like, wall and floor covering, are prohibited to share, because I’ve downloaded them from sites with too strict rules. Therefore I had to paint the whole lot new. Another thing is, that I used lot of interior furniture, which I had to delete.
This teaches me nowadays one lesson: delete all the previous downloads and use instead content from the MTS2 community. Therefore my upcoming lots will be completely furnished wit MTS stuff.
If you want to see the old furniture, then visit me on deviant art: http://migu-fernandez.deviantart.com/gallery/#House-no1
Miscellaneous:
Of course it's season proof! I used the same strategy as in "modern villa".
I used the sekto "glass door" and "ground/wall spot" from simgedoehns.de again, because they allowed me to use them for my upcoming lots too.
Required but not included:
- Standard WallWindow by Numenor at MTS2
Pictures
Frontview:
I named this home after his first roof, because of the M-shape and therefore "M-Home".
Backyard:
Here is the mentionned pool with the bridge. Your sims are able to swim beneath it!
Backyard in detail:
As you may recognize, at the front (which is facing the street), there are the same large glass windows, but right behind them, there are walls to ensure privacy. But facing the backyard, you're enjoying the full panorama, because there are not such walls.
Plans:
Lot Size: 5x3
Lot Price: 320.000 Simoleons

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
I'm only designing lots with one rule: They should look unique and modern. But beside the eyecatcher effect, they are very confortable to use, and cleverly planned.
