Mod The Sims - Modern Villa

Concept:
The idea behind this house is, that there is just one floor, like in a old latin villa. Therefore, it's not a big, hollywood, villa we use to know.
I think the most exciting part is the roof. It's covering the whole lot whithin greenspaces. Therefore, there are some holes in the roof to ensure light for the greenspaces, pool, and balcony.

Update (on may 2008):
I've updated the house, because there are some weather dificulties with the seasons EP. So I built additional to the angled roof a second invisible roof. For this I used the invisible floor tiles from "moonlight muse" http://sumomo.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=166311.
