So here's a house a built a couple of weeks ago, and i was pleased with how it turned out, so I decided to upload it. It's a farmhouse-colonial crossover design that's becoming more and more popular in suburban neighborhoods these days. It's 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. It's spacious and flows from room to room, with an open, modern, clean feel to the inside. It has a large, open loft upstairs, and an open kitchen/breakfast area/entry area/living room downstairs with a large window to the back yard. There's room for a basement, should you choose to add one, and there are large front and back porches with a patio out back. A large master suite and master bath with walk-in shower are great for pampering your rich sims. It also has a large garage/workshop, large dining room, guest suite, and study. So i'll stop ranting and just get to the CC's already.
