First of all, you will need the following for this lot to work:

* The ANIMATIONS for the stairs to work, also by marvine

This farmhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus an outhouse behind the barn :D), an eat-in kitchen, sitting room, sunroom, and back porch with a dog kennel. Outside it has a barn with a pile of hay in it, a mini orchard with apples, lemons and oranges, and 2 veggie patches - one outside and one in a greenhouse. It also has a swing set for the kiddies after they've finished all their chores.
