I'm currently working on a neighbourhood with lots - Mosquito Creek Trailer Park. This lot is a preview of sorts, to see if people actually would be interested in a whole trailer park, or if I should just upload the lots I have now and call it a day.



This trailer is a starter home and a business in one. It's perfect for a single parent, because they can raise their child and make money at the same time! This is a very typical trailer home, with the big front room/kitchen, two bedrooms, and an added porch which serves as a hair salon. All skills available except logic, but you can get that from the newspaper... just really really slowly. No custom content.
