It features: studio, kitchen, living, 1 double and 1 single bedrooms and 1 bath. You'll also get a zen garden in a very relaxing and meditative atmosphere.
In the backyard there are the creativity assets and telescope.
Alarms in discrete points, gates around which can be blocked so no pets or sims in the wrong place and in the wrong moment.

Please, do not upload anywhere (NO absolutely no Exchange NO paysites) and do not claim at yours. As far as my recolors, use and share them as much as you want but they are and must remain free. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.

NOTE about the object recolors by me, included in the recolors.rar file
- 3 black recolors of maxis burglar and fire alarms, and of the end table club stress
- and 1 atomic age rug recolor (fire rug from my set Elementi here at MTS2 ). These files are not really needed if you don’t like them or already have something similar, but if you want them please remember to put them in your download folder before installing the house.

NOTE about building cheats
I used *moveobject* while landscaping so I suggest a good mod for having a perfect garden, like this one by twojeff, inspired by Inge Jones

In this way your gardner, if you still will have one, wont get mad when can’t access to a shrub or flowers.

Furthermore I used objects from Ikea, K&B and TeenStyle Stuff Packs, if you don't have them the objects simply won't appear.
