Charges your household $1595 Simoleons for the items left by Rod Humble.
If you want the computer value fix mentioned in the readme, then grab the df_computer_value_fix.rar file added on 05-14-2009. It will conflict with my new Billing hack that is soon to be released, but the same fix will be included in my Billing hack as well.
