Different ways to receive TS3 game + a fancy computer besides getting them for no reason immediately after a sim moves into a neighborhood.

what it does:
from now on Mr. Humble will be selective on who he visits to reward such a prize.
Depending on the mod version, he will pick sims involved, either game collectors, game enthusiastic, game designers, game developers or just whoever he feels like.

version:
(a) career: a family member is in the top of either the gaming career or the game development career (Life Stories).
(b) collector: household owns a game collection (at least 7 videogames) and something on which they can play them.
(c) hobby: At least one family member has taken their gaming hobby to the max.
(d) luck: no requirements, just a very small chance of getting the gift someday.
(e) combined: every criteria from above combined, whichever is met first will do.
(f) combined no luck: whichever criteria is met first, minus the luck component.
